WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Washington Wizards forward Antawn Jamison will miss the rest of pre-season after suffering a shoulder injury, the team said on Thursday.
Jamison was hurt during the first quarter of Wednesday's 109-104 win over the host Cleveland Cavaliers. He will be re-evaluated next week after the inflammation subsides, team President Ernie Grunfeld said on www.nba.com/wizards.
The 12-year veteran has averaged 15.4 points and 6.8 rebounds in five preseason games.
