Manu Ginobili scored 23 points and seven others reach doubles figures as the San Antonio Spurs routed the Golden State Warriors 147-116.

Monta Ellis scored 39 points, and Corey Maggette had 30 for Golden State, who lost their coach Don Nelson in the first quarter after he was ejected for arguing a call.
The Spurs scored their most points in a game since a 140-91 victory over Dallas in November 1991.
