Aaron Brooks, Carl Landry each score 21 to lead Rockets to 100-91 victory over Thunder
Aaron Brooks scored 18 of his 21 points in the second half, Carl Landry had 21 points and 10 rebounds after replacing injured Luis Scola and the Houston Rockets beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 100-91 on Sunday night.
Already without All-Stars Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming, the Rockets lost Scola 22 seconds into the game when he was poked in the right eye by Oklahoma City's Etan Thomas.
Houston found a way to rally back from an early 10-point deficit, and Brooks and Landry closed it out.
Landry hit the go-ahead free throws with 5:12 remaining, and he and Brooks combined to score 15 of the Rockets' final 20 points. Houston won for the 12th straight time in the series.
Kevin Durant scored 25 points to lead Oklahoma City.
